Friday Art Adventures | Pre-K (Adult + Child)

Ages: Pre-K

This short session is a great way to work in an art class without overwhelming your spring semester schedule! During this 4 class course these Pre-Kers will have a chance to explore four different kinds of art media: drawing/painting, printmaking, collage, and clay. The focus of this class will not be on final products, but rather the experience of trying out different media, building fine motor skills, and learning about composition and color.

This class will predominantly take place on the covered patio, rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for messiness and weather. 

*A guardian must accompany the student and be otherwise present for the duration of each class.

Please bring/wear the following each day:

• a reusable water bottle
• a healthy snack (please no candy/sweets)
• wear art-friendly clothes (we also have art t-shirts)

Please note that we have a make-up class scheduled for May 10. Should projectART need to cancel a class due to instructor illness, etc. then we will make up the cancelled class on Friday, May 10.
