Art Around the World for 1st-2nd Graders (Mondays)

Ages: 1st-2nd Grades

Pack your creative passports! In this fun, hands-on art class, kids will explore the colors, patterns, and traditions of art from different cultures across the globe. Each Monday, we’ll “travel” to a new country—crafting projects inspired by global masterpieces. Young artists will discover how people everywhere express themselves through art while learning new techniques and celebrating creativity from every corner of the world!

Vera Dyson is an early childhood educator with nearly 20 years teaching experience. Much of this experience has been as the Lead Guide in a Montessori school. She currently leads the Kindergarten classroom at Tiny Tree School in Wimberley. Vera has also enjoyed teaching yoga and art to both children and adults.

Please bring a water bottle and a healthy snack and wear art-friendly clothes (art t-shirts available as well).
